merry christmas
hello everyone! merry christmas! I hope all of you had a wonderful christmas with lots of great gifts and not too many annoying relatives. lol. I am having a fabulous break. the week befoe christmas my family went to stowe vermont to ski(it was my first time!). To be completely honest...i wasn't too excited about going(I wanted to spend the holidays in New York)...but i ended up having a wonderful time. i thought that as usual, conner(the athletic one) would be an excellent skier, and i would be left behind(since I missed every single athletic gene my family posseses) but, much to my surprise, i was a "natural"(according to my ski instructor). i owned conner on the slopes, spent some quality time shopping with my mother, some quality time going on long afternoon ski trips with my dad, eating yummy new england food, and of course, playing on the snow. it was my first time in deep snow...the only snow i'd ever seen was the "snow" we get in Macon, but this was real honest-to-God sonow, and i must say, it was enchanting. It really felt like Christmas. Everything was white...it was like a fairytale. On the way home from stowe...we had a bit of airplane trouble. we had to have a little emergency landing. the planes windshield shattered, making it a bit difficult for our lovely pilot to breathe, let alone see. but luckily their oxygen masks worked beautifully and with the aid of our super flight attendant we got on the ground in Rochester New York(my holiday wish came true...sort of). when we got off the plane the firemen and news crews were there waiting for us...it was very dramatic. lol. we took another plane to atlanta and arrived there a little after 2 a.m. we were very happy to get home. Cristmas was normal. i sang at church on christmas eve, went home and ate dinner. then we opened the family presents. the next morning we did the santa thing. my parents seriously overdid it. here is what i asked for...1. a pair of white gold diamond studs. 2. a dooney and bourke purse. 3. new makeup. i think that is all but i cant remember. Here is what i got. 1. an armani sweater from mom...it is beautiful! 2. pridot earings from spence(thanks buddy..they are perfect) 3. some skirts from new York(also beautiful) 4. these really funky boots. 5. my diamond studs!! 6. a tanzanite ring. 7. a ruby ring from josh(thankyou...i love you) 8. a digital camera! some other small stuff...oh wait... $200 for shopping! (i bought a dooney! and some other stuff with my own money). it was a great christmas!! Gigi got a new coller. it is pink, glittery, and covered in rhinestones. its perfect! lol. the dogs also got new collars and leashes so that mom and i can walk them together and have some quality time while getting rid of our holiday bellies!! speaking of bellies...belly dancing starts back up very soon!! yay!! i think that that is about all for now but PLEASE EMAIL ME!! i loooovvveee getting e mails!!! tiaragrl14@aol.com . have a happy break!
